1956 Roger Maris Professional Model Bat, Game Used, PSA/DNA GU 6. Very early signature model Hillerich & Bradsby D89 dates to the future Home Run King's final Triple-A season as a member of the Indianapolis Indians. While it's nearly certain that Maris personally used the bat, the post-player wear makes definitive attribution impossible. PSA/DNA characterizes game use as "excellent," but notes several depressions on the barrel that are not Major League play-related. Length of thirty-five inches (35") and weight of thirty-three ounces (33 oz.) match factory ordering records. A truly special relic marking the start of one of the most improbable journeys to immortality in American sports. LOA from PSA/DNA, GU 6.
