1955 Eddie Mathews Game Used & Signed Bat, PSA/DNA GU 7. One of the most beloved Braves in team history, Mathews represented the club in three different cities, providing the team with 493 of his career's 512 home runs. He'd launch forty-one the season he put this signature model Hillerich & Bradsby W166 through its paces. The thirty-six and a half ounce (36.4 oz.) weight of this model allows the experts at PSA/DNA to link it to a single order in January 1955. Length is thirty-five inches (35"). The bat is uncracked and exhibits light game use, though the finish is somewhat weathered. A bold sharpie autograph on the barrel is notated, "Game bat, 1954-56." LOA from PSA/DNA, GU 7.
