1952 New York Yankees World Series Championship Black Bat. Make it four-in-a-row for the Yanks, the most dominating team of the decade. DiMaggio was gone, but Mickey Mantle, "The Commerce Comet," was taking over. He would bat .311 with twenty-three home runs and eighty-even RBI this season, while leader Yogi Berra would hit .273-30-98. Whitey Ford would be in military service for two years, but Allie Reynolds and Vic Raschi would continue to perform spectacularly on the mound. The offered 35" Louisville Slugger commemorative black bat is in Excellent condition with a handful of scuffs, but most of the gold lettering remains solid. These were only presented to team personnel and never made available to the general public.
