Description

Waite C. Hoyt Single Signed Baseball. An offseason funeral director, Waite Hoyt was surely a ghastly sight for many a hitter during the 1920s. In that decade Hoyt was the ace of the Yankee staff, with such accomplishments as leading the league in both wins and saves in back-to-back years. He also had six World Series victories, putting him near the top in that category. The clean OAL (MacPhail) orb sports a perfect 10/10 application of "Waite C. Hoyt" with trademark middle initial. A small "650" has been written under the Rawlings stamping opposite the signature. A dazzling piece for display. LOA from PSA/DNA.
