One of his most remarkable moments came during the 1965 World Series when he pitched a complete game shutout in Game 7 on just two days' rest, leading the Los Angeles Dodgers to victory against the Minnesota Twins. Koufax also threw four no-hitters, including a perfect game on September 9, 1965, against the Chicago Cubs, showcasing his dominance and precision on the mound.
