James "Rip" Collins Single Signed Baseball. All-Star St. Louis Cardinal James "Rip" Collins has deposited a pristine application of his signature to the "Ralph Kiner League" orb that we provide here. Collins has added "Best Always" inscription. The year "1955" has been penned on the panel just north of that.
