A total of 23 past winners of the Cy Young Award, given each year to the league's best pitcher, have signed the special baseball presented here. The orb has logo for the Cy Young Award winner and had been signed by 23, each of which have placed the year(s) they received the award. Ball includes such highlights as Rollie Fingers, David Cone, Tom Seaver, Denny McLain, Steve Carlton, Gaylord Perry, Fergie Jenkins, Dennis Eckersley, Sparky Lyle, Jim Palmer, Vida Blue and Ron Guidry.
