Big Poison is one of the toughest Major Leaguers to live past the Second World War for collectors of Hall of Fame singles, and while this Official Nebraska State League ball does bear two other autographs on its hide, Waner convincingly presents as a single even without professional restoration. Heritage auctioned a genuine single in April for over $15,000, so this becomes a mighty attractive alternative for the savvy collector. Rudy York and Jack Price are the other passengers on this orb.
