2018 Miguel Cabrera Career Double #550 Signed & Inscribed Baseball - Passes Chipper Jones on List, MLB Authentic. Miguel Cabrera reached baseball immortality when he joined baseball's exclusive Triple Crown club in 2012. While others had come close since Carl Yastrzemski joined in 1967 a slump or other malady inevitably got in the way. Cabrera has continued to baffle opposing pitchers. This OML (Manfred) baseball was deposited into the outfield April 19, 2018 by Cabrera against Pedro Araujo in the bottom of the seventh. It was the future Hall of Famer's 550th double which passed Chipper Jones on the list. Miggy has a little bit of work if he wants to top Tris Speaker's record of 792.Cabrera signed the sweet spot of this game-used ball and inscribed: "550th Career Double Passes Chipper Jones On All Time List." There is a contact mark on the Rob Manfred stamp which may have been from when Cabrera connected. An MLB Authentic hologram (JD 450716) resides on a panel. We consulted MLB's database which reveals all of the particulars of this historic baseball. MLB Authentic JD 450716. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
