2004 Jim Thome Career Home Run #405 Game Used & Signed Baseball with Ticket & Card, MLB Authentic. Jim Thome was one of the few sluggers not embroiled in the steroid controversy. The Hall of Famer clubbed 612 home runs the right way. This OML (Selig) Ball was the actual baseball he hit which accounted for home run #405. The ball shows proper use. We looked up the hologram number on the MLB website and the following was revealed: "J. Thome HR June 23th 2004." A full ticket from the game and Moments & Milestones Topps card (2/25) is included in the package. Thome signed the baseball across the sweet spot in ballpoint ink. MLB Authentic MR516669.
