1995 Pittsburgh Pirates Team Signed Baseball. The 1995 Pittsburgh Pirates were a young, rebuilding team that exceeded low expectations despite finishing with a 58-86 record in the strike-shortened season. Managed by Jim Leyland, the roster lacked star power after years of losing key players like Barry Bonds and Doug Drabek. However, the team showed flashes of potential with emerging talents such as Jason Kendall and Al Martin. Despite limited resources and one of the league's lowest payrolls, the Pirates remained competitive for part of the season, earning Leyland praise for his leadership. The 1995 season was part of a long rebuilding phase that would stretch through the decade.Offered is a Rawlings ONL-Coleman baseball signed by thirty-plus members of the squad.
