    Description

1991 Nolan Ryan Seventh No-Hitter Game Used Baseball, Signed. Setting a mark that will almost certainly never be matched, the forty-four year old power pitcher struck out sixteen Blue Jays at Arlington, and allowed not a single man to hit safely, to earn his seventh and final career no-hitter. This OAL (Brown) ball exhibits fine use from that historic three to nothing victory, and is notated in the Hall of Fame strike out king's hand, "7th No-Hitter, Nolan Ryan, 5/1/91." Acquired in person by a UPI reporter covering the game, with his letter of provenance. Collectors should note that most of the small supply of balls from this game were signed by Ryan but notated by the game's umpires. The fact that it is Ryan himself who hand writes the details of the event sets this example apart from, and above, the rest. LOA from PSA/DNA. LOA from James Spence Authentication.
