1990s All-American Girls Professional Baseball League (AAGPBL) Legends Multi-Signed Baseball. The All-American Girls Professional Baseball League, founded in 1943 during World War II, gave women the unprecedented opportunity to play professional baseball while many male players were serving overseas. It broke gender barriers in sports by showcasing women's athletic talent in a traditionally male-dominated game, drawing large crowds and national attention. The league lasted until 1954 and laid the foundation for future advancements in women's sports, proving that female athletes could succeed at the professional level. Its cultural impact was later recognized in popular media, most notably in the film A League of Their Own, helping preserve and celebrate the league's legacy.Offered is a Rawlings ONL-Coleman baseball signed by the trailblazing athletes.
