    Description

    1970 Gabby Hartnett Single Signed Baseball, PSA/DNA NM-MT 8.
Widely considered to be the greatest catcher of the first half of the twentieth century, Hartnett is best remembered today for his dramatic "Homer in the Gloaming" during the Chicago Cubs thrilling and ultimately successful late-season charge toward the 1938 National League pennant. Hartnett inscribed this non-official ball to a fan just two years before his passing at age seventy-two. It reads, "To Gordon, A real fellow, My Best to you always, From Gabby Hartnett, Chicago Cubs." The experts at PSA/DNA assess the writing at 9/10 and the ball at 7/10 for the composite grade as listed. An unknown hand dates the ball on the sweet spot. Full Grading LOA from PSA/DNA, NM-MT 8. Auction LOA from SGC Authentic.

Just wanted to let you know how pleased I am regarding the sale of my hockey jersey. You were great to work with, you answered all my phone calls and e-mails in a prompt manner, and you did a great job marketing the jersey.
