    Description

1962 Jesse Haines Single (Triple) Signed Baseball with Notations.
He threw over 3,200 innings of Major League ball, all but five in the uniform of the St. Louis Cardinals, claiming World Championship glory in 1926 and 1934. Haines celebrates his long association with the red birds upon this unique ONL (Giles) baseball. Identical inscriptions appear on opposite side panels - "St. Louis Cardinals 1920-1938". The sweet spot includes a standard autograph with a slight indentation on the "J" in Jesse. "Field Events Kettering Field Distance Hitting Prizes July 29, 1962 Amateur Day" is neatly written near the red stitching suggesting this was a prize. The ballpoint signatures are 8/10 to 9/10 in strength. Full LOA from James Spence Authentication. Full LOA from PSA/DNA. Full LOA from SGC Authentic.
