Description
1960 Ty Cobb Single Signed Baseball. It was the Peach's final Christmas eve of his life when he autographed this non-official ball for a fan, providing a blue ink side panel inscription reading, "To Ralph Crutchfield from Ty Cobb, 12/24/60." The ball remains marvelously white and clean, providing solid contrast for the writing which has mellowed over the years to a 6/10 level. A solid representation from the first man honored in the Baseball Hall of Fame at Cooperstown. Full LOA from James Spence Authentication.
