    Description

1960 Pittsburgh Pirates Team Signed Baseball.

UPDATE: Danny Murtaugh signature has been deemed secretarial.

While Bobby Thomson's "Shot" is generally accepted to be the most historic of all long balls, ask fans in Pittsburgh and you'll hear instead that it was Bill Mazeroski's Series-ending blast that earned the twenty-seven Bucs that signed this ball a World Championship crown. That long ball hero is joined by fellow Hall of Famer Roberto Clemente on the provided ONL (Giles) ball, sealed beneath a vintage clear coat at an average strength of 8/10. Other notables: Friend, Skinner, Burgess, Mizell, Murtaugh(clubhouse), Law, Hoak, Haddix, Vernon, Virdon. Certainly one of the finer examples of this essential Steeltown vintage we've encountered. Full LOA from PSA/DNA.
