    Description

1959 Ty Cobb Single Signed Baseball. Ty Cobb will never go out of style. He will always in that top echelon of all time greats. No superstar will ever be driven to play twenty-four seasons with the same intensity as a rookie trying to make a Major League team. And no one is ever going to hit .367 for their career. As such, his memorabilia will remain timeless and always in demand.

Presented here for consideration is an OAL (Harridge) sphere which is signed and dated "Ty Cobb 12/18/59" in The Georgia Peach's preferred green ink. The large, bold signature and inscription covers the entire panel to the left of the league stamp and grades an 8.5/10 in strength. A coat of shellac was applied to the panel Cobb adorned. Other than that (and another small spot of shellac), the ball is pretty much Mint white. Full LOA from PSA/DNA.
