    Description

    1958-73 Reach Official American & National League Baseballs in Original Boxes Lot of 8. These were the boxes that were cracked open by umpires as they prepared balls for games involving stars like Sandy Koufax, Roberto Clemente, Mickey Mantle, Hank Aaron, Willie Mays, Nolan Ryan, and Reggie Jackson. Five boxes are still sealed, while three have already been opened.

    1958-62 ONL (Giles)) balls: one unopened in box, one opened in box; 1960-69 OAL (Cronin) balls: four unopened in box; one opened in box; 1973 OAL (Cronin) ball: opened in box.

    The unopened boxes are Mint and the opened ones are also amazing, complete with original tissue paper. Lot also includes "Reach Official American League Baseballs" carton which is missing two sides of the lid but still colorful and attractive. The rarity of this lot overcomes any of the minor concerns on condition.
