    Description

1955 Brooklyn Dodgers Team Signed Baseball.
Fully three generations of heartbreak and frustration plagued the faithful of Flatbush before their beloved Bums would claim a World Crown. The season, of course, was 1955, and one of the greatest treasures symbolic of that triumph is a baseball signed by those victorious Brooklyn Dodgers. This ONL (Giles) ball is blessed by twenty-two of the champions in ballpoint ink.

Autographs range from 6/10 to 8/10 with Campanella and Robinson on the higher side. We can deduce the vintage to '55 because of the inclusion of Frank Keller. Signatures include: Gilliam, Snider (6/10), Roebuck, Erskine, Koufax, Alston, Newcombe, Craig, Labine, Reese, Walker, Zimmer, Hoak, Hodges, Furillo, Amoros, Bessent, Shuba and one more.

The panel containing Robinson's signature has staining, and the ball features regular toning throughout. PSA has deemed Reese, Zimmer, Newcome, Craig and Roebuck as clubhouse. SGC listed Craig and Reese as clubhouse. Full LOA from PSA/DNA. Auction LOA from SGC Authentic.
