Description
1951 National League All-Star Team Signed Baseball. The Nationals made the outfield seats a dangerous place for fans attending the midseason Briggs Stadium event, with Musial, Elliott, Hodges and Kiner each taking the top American League pitchers deep in an eight to three win. All but Stan the Man appear on this ONL (Frick) ball signed on July 10, 1951, but other Hall of Famers Reese, Ashburn, Roberts, Snider, Jackie Robinson, Campanella and Spahn help take up the slack. Twenty autographs in all range from 6/10 to 9/10, with most resting comfortably on the higher end of that scale. Definitely one of the most talent-packed pieces of horsehide you're likely to find.
