    Description

1951 Brooklyn Dodgers Team Signed Baseball. The Brooklyn Dodgers had plenty of firepower in 1951. Although a pennant wasn't raised in the borough, the '51 squad still won an astounding 97 games. This ONL (Frick) baseball is signed by thirty members of the '51 club in ballpoint ink. We linked the ball to '51 because it was the only common year for Dick Williams and Bruce Edwards. A few of the signatures are traced over, but we are pleased to report the Jackie Robinson and Roy Campanella are not compromised. A top coating is applied to preserve the signatures. Included are: Erskine, Hermanski, Haugstad, Tommy Brown, Bridges, Pitler, Dressen, Furillo, Sukeforth, Labine, Newcombe, Roe, Abrams, Hodges, Snider, King, Branca, Pafko, Lavagetto, Reese, Hatten, Cox, Campanella, Robinson and six more. Full LOA from PSA/DNA. Auction LOA from James Spence Authentication.
