Description

1950's Bill Veeck Single Signed Baseball. Baseball's answer to P.T. Barnum, this pioneering Hall of Famer brought the American League fans everything from a midget batter to Disco Demolition Night during his wild executive career. For all the thrills and laughs, however, he delivered few single signed baseballs to the hobby, and we're pleased to present this example to fill the nagging hole in one collector's holdings. The blue ink side panel signature rates a strong 8/10, topped by a lightly toned layer of shellac, with the OAL (Harridge) ball moderately toned throughout. Display value is still terrific! LOA from James Spence Authentication.
