1949 World Series Umpires & Hall of Famers Multi-Signed Baseball. Signed at Ebbets Field during the 1949 Fall Classic between the New York Yankees and Brooklyn Dodgers, this ONL (Frick) sphere displays eleven autographs, including Hall of Famers Leo Durocher, Mel Ott and Cal Hubbard (umpire). Others include Dan Topping (Yankees owner) and Mel Allen (Yankees broadcaster), plus umpires Ed Hurley, Art Passarella, Beans Reardon, George Barr and Lou Jada. There is also one unidentified signature. The ball has aged to a light cream color, the league stamping remains bold and the ink autographs grade an overall 8/10 in strength.
