1948-51 Jimmie Foxx Signed Baseball. Hall of Fame pitcher Lefty Gomez once joked, "When Neil Armstrong first set foot on the moon, he and all the space scientists were puzzled by an unidentifiable white object. I knew immediately what it was. That was a home run ball hit off me in 1933 by Jimmie Foxx." The first man to join the Babe in the 500 Home Run Clubhouse supplies a wonderfully bold 10/10 signature across the sweet spot of this ONL (Frick) ball - dating to 1948-51.
