    1947 Enos Slaughter Hand-Painted "Trophy Ball" Commemorating His "100th Hit" from The Enos Slaughter Collection. One of the earliest and coolest "stat balls" you will ever see, this ONL (Frick) sphere was created and presented to Hall of Famer Enos Slaughter after he achieved his 100th hit of the 1947 campaign.

    Inscribed and decorated in red and black ink, the ball features a likeness of a cardinal with a "More Power To You, Enos" balloon. The rest of the ball is inscribed: "Enos Slaughter's Trophy Ball Commemorating His 100th Hit In 1947" along with stats of the game versus the Giants. Letter of provenance from the Slaughter family.
