    Description

1947 Brooklyn Dodgers Team Signed Baseball
Arguably the most important baseball team in the game's history is memorialized here, a club that earns that distinction for the introduction of the first African-American player in Big League history. The brave racial pioneer Jackie Robinson appears twice upon this ONL (Frick) sphere from the National League Champs which features thirty-one autographs effectively sealed beneath a vintage coating of shellac. Joining the dual Robinsons are such celebrated Bums as Reese, Hodges, Branca, Lavagetto, Hermanski, Jorgensen, Reiser, Furillo, Gionfriddo, Walker, Shotton and Hall of Fame announcer Red Barber. Signatures average a conservative 8/10. Full LOA from PSA/DNA.
