Arguably the most important post-war team ball, the 1947 Dodgers earned immortality for introducing the first African-American player to Major League Baseball. Robinson appears as one of twenty-four signatures on this ONL (Frick) sphere from the collection of famed umpire Beans Reardon. Other notable signers from this National League Championship edition include Reese, Vaughan, Hodges, Reiser, Lavagetto, Hermanski, Bankhead, Branca and more. Signatures average 6/10.
