    Description

1946 New York Yankees Team Signed Baseball. The Yankee bats continued to thunder in 1946, leading the American League with 136 home runs, but Ted Williams and the Boston Red Sox would run away with the pennant, only to fall to the Curse of the Bambino in the World Series. A staggering thirty-five signatures coat the provided OAL (Harridge) ball, making this one of the most comprehensive Yankee spheres we've encountered. Notables include Dickey, Ruffing, Rizzuto, Gordon, Henrich, Bevens, Keller, Stirnweiss, Chandler, Crosetti. DiMaggio appears in standard secretarial format. Autographs average 8/10 or better. A marvelous specimen. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
