    1944 New York Giants Team Signed Baseball. At the age of 35, Mel Ott did double duty as he served as skipper and slugger. Even at an advanced age, for baseball terms, Ott still clubbed twenty-six home runs and hit a respectable .288. Presented is an ONL (Frick) baseball signed by the '44 squad in dark black ink. Most of the autographs rate 8/10 with a few lesser and many a notch above. Those who signed include: Hausmann, Medwick, Sloan, Feldman, Reyes, Jurges, Weintrub, Allen, Gardella, Adams, Polli, Luby, Voiselle, Kerr, Mead, Fischer, Rucker, Mancuso, Melton, Pyle, Berres, Lombardi and three more. The Mel Ott, and Aldolfo Luque are deemed clubhouse by PSA/DNA. Full LOA from PSA/DNA.
