    1938 New York Yankees Team Signed Baseball. The 1938 season was historic for the Yankees as they became the first baseball outfit to win three straight World Series crowns. While Lou Gehrig was beginning to show the effects of the disease which would bear his name, the pinstriped crew ran away with the pennant and downed the Cubs to wrap up championship honors. Signed by twenty-four members is this OAL (Harridge) baseball. The autographs range from 6/10 to 7/10 with some on both ends. The Lou Gehrig, Lefty Gomez and Joe DiMaggio autographs have been deemed clubhouse by the experts. Autographs include: Ferrell, Powell, Dahlgren, Henrich, Dickey, Crosetti, Gordon, Hadley, Pearson, Murphy, Vance, Rolfe, Chandler, Ruffing, Jorgens, Hoag, Sundra. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA. Auction LOA from James Spence Authentication.
