1934 St. Louis Cardinals "Gas House Gang" Multi-Signed Reunion Baseball, PSA/DNA NM+ 7.5. By most accounts, this World Championship club earned its "Gashouse Gang" moniker for its habit of reporting to the diamond wearing unwashed, smelly uniforms, and for its rough and tumble tactics that spread fear throughout the National League. But if they presented as paupers, there were still princes among them. This ONL (Giles) baseball, produced from 1958-62, is signed by many of the men who grabbed St. Louis' heart that summer. This would have been signed at a reunion function. Signatures average 8/10 on the slightly toned orb, which has been assessed at 7/10. Included are Joe Medwick, Frank Frisch, Jack Rothrock, Paul Dean, Dizzy Dean, Spud Davis, Bill Walker, Jesse Haines, Buzzy Wares, Ernie Orsatti, Pepper Martin (scuff on last name), Bill Hallahan, Rip Collins and one more. Full Grading LOA from PSA/DNA, NM+ 7.5.
