    Description

1933 New York Yankees Team Signed Baseball. At an age when most men are slowing down, Babe Ruth was still his customary brilliant self in 1933. Try these numbers on for size: .301 average, thirty-four home runs and 104 RBIs. Find another thirty-eight year old capable of that production. This OAL (Harridge) ball is signed by Ruth and his '33 teammates - twenty-two by our count. Ruth's sweet spot signature rates 8/10 while the majority of the other autographs are in the 5/10 to 6/10 range with a few less. The ball has regular toning throughout. The panel which contains Lou Gehrig's signature is lighter due to exposure. Autographs include: Van Atta, Farrell, Lary, Moore, Combs (8/10), Sewell (twice), Allen, Uhle, Gehrig (4/10), Chapman, Byrd, Ruffing (6/10), Crosetti, Dickey, MacFayden, Walker and more. Gomez and Glenn are deemed secretarial. Full LOA from PSA/DNA. Full LOA from James Spence Authentication.
