1932 New York Yankees Team Signed Baseball, BAS Authentic. Dizzy Dean once said, "It ain't braggin' if you can back it up," and fellow Hall of Fame legend Babe Ruth apparently did just that when he pointed to the center field fence of Wrigley Field in Game Three of the 1932 World Series and then delivered the next pitch to a spot beyond. Over eight decades later, the debate still rages--"Called Shot" or feeble fable. Even those who witnessed the event in person failed to reach a consensus, but the mystery only deepens the appeal of relics from this special vintage.
