Description
1932 Brooklyn Dodgers Team Signed Baseball. There are many reasons to fall in love with this rare sphere, but perhaps none better than the marvelous sweet spot signature from the very tough Hack Wilson, projecting at a strength of 8/10. He is joined by fellow Hall of Famers Stengel, Vance and Carey as well as fifteen fellow early Ebbets residents, with all signatures similar in strength to that of Wilson's. A coating of shellac is largely to thank for this. Clark, Shaute and Heimach have been deemed secretarial. While we all love the Dodgers teams of the 1950's, those balls are infinitely more available than pre-war examples such as this. And it bears repeating that the Hack Wilson autograph is a sight to see, and worth the price of admission on its own. LOA from PSA/DNA. LOA from James Spence Authentication.Auction Info
