1932-33 Lou Gehrig & Lefty Gomez Signed Baseball.
Lou Gehrig provided plenty of offense while Lefty Gomez usually set down the opposition for the New York Yankees. The Hall of Famers were teammates from 1930 until Gehrig was forced out of action. This OAL (Harridge) baseball is signed by both pinstriped heroes. Normally Babe Ruth pushed Gehrig to a side panel as the Bambino always received sweet spot status. This is the rare time when Gehrig was bestowed the coveted spot which he signed in black fountain pen. The first name is a bit light but The Iron Horse rebounded on his last name. The Gomez autograph is a little stronger. Full LOA from PSA/DNA. Full LOA from SGC Authentic.
