1929 Chicago Cubs Team Signed Baseball. Stocky slugger Lewis "Hack" Wilson helped light the way to the National League pennant this season with the Senior Circuit's leading tally of 159 runs batted in, a figure which still seems enormous even in light of his all-time record 191 which would come the following year. His very tough autograph is prominent among the twenty-three which decorate this ONL (Heydler) sphere, rating 9/10. All signatures remain within three points of this enviable boldness, and include Hartnett, Grimm, Stephenson, McMillan, Root and a clubhouse McCarthy. Ball itself is clean with a creamy, even toning.
