1928 St. Louis Cardinals Team Signed Baseball. ONL (Heydler) baseball is signed by about twenty N.L. Champion Cardinals with Grover Cleveland Alexander (7/10), Jessie Haines (5/10), Frankie, Frisch, Clarence Elmer Mitchell, Chick Hafey, Hal Haid, Ray Blades, George Harper, Andy High, Art Reinhart, Jim Wilson, and Flint Rhem. Some signatures have faded and are illegible. The ball was shellacked and has since browned with a chip in the shellac affecting the Frisch and Mitchell on the sweet spot. It once hung in an office as part of a display with other baseballs and is still fitted with the metal staple and string which was originally affixed to secure it to the display. Full LOA from PSA/DNA.
