    Description

1928 New York Yankees Team Signed Baseball. Murderer's Row 2.0 was a repeat performance in that the Bombers once again topped the century mark in wins during the regular season while sweeping their senior circuit brethren in The Fall Classic. Ruth and Gehrig were as potent as ever, combining for eighty-one fence clearers and 284 RBI! Meanwhile, on the mound, Pipgras and Hoyt contributed twenty-four and twenty-three wins, respectively.

The Yankees team baseball presented here is signed by twenty-six with Hall of Famers Ruth (in clubhouse format), Gehrig, Lazzeri, Combs, Pennock, Hoyt, and Durocher. Others making appearances include Meusel, Koenig, Dugan, O'Leary, Fletcher, and more. The OAL (Barnard) sphere is a light gray in color but the league stamping is quite bold. The autographs, meanwhile, grade to an overall strength of 7/10 with Lou a 6.5/10. Full LOA from PSA/DNA.
