1928 New York Yankees Team Signed Baseball.
While the previous season's model is considered the absolute finest of the franchise's twenty-seven World Championship editions to date, this row was no less murderous than its older sibling. Yet again, Ruth and Gehrig paced the American League in long ball artistry, with the season concluding in a merciless four-game Fall Classic sweep.

Five Cooperstown immortals are counted among the seventeen signatures applied to the surface of this OAL (Barnard) sphere, starting, of course, with a sweet spot Ruth applied with impressive 8/10 strength. Gehrig is a point lighter to the east, while Lazzeri (4/10), Combs (6/10) and Hoyt (5/10) share space to the north. Other notables include Collins, Koenig, Dugan, Pipgras, Grabowski, Bengough and more, averaging 7/10. Full LOA from James Spence Authentication. Full LOA from PSA/DNA.
