Description

1925 Cincinnati Reds Team Signed Baseball. Edd Roush (2/10) and Eppa Rixey (7/10) provided future Hall of Fame credentials to this squad from the birthplace of professional ball, and each appears among the approximately twenty visible signatures on the presented ONL (Heydler) sphere. Exceedingly rare team ball runs the gamut when it comes to signature quality, with one panel all but gone and other names, including killer pitcher Carl Mays, Adolfo Luque and Hugh Critz quite readily legible. The average is somewhere in the 3/10 neighborhood, but much slack must be given in consideration of the intense scarcity. According to our auction results database, this is the very first 1920's Reds ball to reach a major sports auction block in the past dozen years. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA. Auction LOA from James Spence Authentication.
