1924 World Tour Baseball Signed by Chicago White Sox & New York Giants Teams. Though the 1934 Tour of Japan remains the most famous of foreign excursions in the history of our national pastime, it was preceded not only by a 1931 Japan trip but also by two voyages to Europe and beyond orchestrated by Chicago White Sox owner Charles Comiskey. Here we encounter a rare artifact from the second of these two tours, again a pairing of Comiskey's own team and that of his good friend John McGraw. The ONL (Heydler) ball presents well while the signatures are in a reduced state. Autographs, nearly thirty, average 1/10 to 4/10. Most rate on the lower end of our estimation. Charles Comiskey(2/10) and Casey Stengel (4/10) share the same panel. Highlights include: Evers, Groh, Frisch (3/10), Walsh, Faber, McGraw, Jennings, Bancroft and more. The only example we have ever encountered! Full LOA from PSA/DNA.
