    Description

1922 Babe Ruth Signed Baseball. The heavy wear apparent upon the surface of this non-official sphere precludes us from assigning definitive "single signed" status, but it does appear to be a solo model. The only other writing we can spot is text on the panel just above Ruth's 1.5/10 sweet spot offering that reads, "Oct. 4, 1922," matching Game One of the World Series in which the Yanks fell to their Polo Ground landlords, the New York Giants, by a score of three to two. Early Ruth signatures are particularly prized, and this low-grade model is your best shot at securing one at a reasonable price. Date is penned in an unknown hand. Full LOA from PSA/DNA.
