    Description

1947 Cy Young Handwritten & Double-Signed Letter Requesting Hall of Fame Plaque Postcards. Autographs collectors will adore the content of this single handwritten page, as the game's winningest ace requests a few dozen Hall of Fame plaque postcards to sign for his buddies, and we all love those collectibles to this day. The letter actually provides a pair of signatures, as Young references "the Cy Young party" in the first sentence, and then signs again at the close. The unlined 10x8" page exhibits original mailing fold lines but no other flaws, and the ink is a consistent 9/10. Original mailing envelope is included. Full LOA from James Spence Authentication. Full LOA from PSA/DNA.
