    Description

1935 Babe Ruth Single Signed Baseball. The single-season stamping style of the presented ONL (Frick) ball dates this important sphere to the Bambino's ill-advised last stand in Boston, opening up the thrilling possibility that this could be one of Ruth's last home run balls (though we stress there is no evidence for this beyond wishful thinking). Still, due to its "bookend" status, this is a relic with no shortage of appeal simply as a single signed baseball. The black fountain pen ink survives in 6/10 condition. Full LOA from PSA/DNA. Full LOA from James Spence Authentication.

The hammer price for my Mantle card significantly exceeded my admittedly conservative estimations, and I couldn't be more pleased.
