Extremely Rare People's Tobacco "Mino" and "Kotton" Tobacco Packages Pair (2). People's Tobacco was a prolific producer of baseball cards in the mid-1910's to 1920 era using baseball cards to promote multiple brands. The cards are extremely desirable and difficult to find. We should also add they usually "show their age." People's packaging is almost impossible to come by. Offered is a pair of these rare paper tobacco pouches, tobacco and all! Includes: C. 1920 Mino Tobacco Paper Pouch - This is the only known Mino Tobacco pouch of its kind. As best we can determine, the pouch dates to the very early 1920's era. Measuring 2.75" x 4" x 1.25" with one opening with contents exposed but otherwise is in very good condition; and a one-of-a-kind Kotton Tobacco paper pouch. This is it. This is the only known "Kotton" pouch from the same period the T216 Kotton cards - the "Kotton Tobacco" backs were circulated and comes with tobacco still inside. Measures 2.25" x 4" x 1" with a tear to the outer paper layer, otherwise in very-good to excellent condition. NOTE: Both have small amounts of tobacco that have fallen out, what we have will be supplied to the winner.

The hammer price for my Mantle card significantly exceeded my admittedly conservative estimations, and I couldn't be more pleased.
