1961 Nu-Cards "Baseball Scoops" 5-Cent Box With 24 Unopened Packs. Presented is an unopened box of 1961 Nu-Cards "Baseball Scoops." This high grade box contains twenty-four unopened and brand new looking packs. Each pack contains seven cards featuring the "Most Famous Plays and Players" all for the sum of 5-Cents per pack. This 80-card promotion is a collaboration of baseball's most memorable highlights that have made our national pastime the beloved sport it has grown into. Potentially Mint or Gem MT cards featuring Mantle, Cobb, Ruth, DiMaggio, Koufax, Robinson, Spahn, Berra, Mays, Williams plus many others. The outer box presents close to Mint. The quality of the interior packs, completely undisturbed after over a half-a-century, matched the protecting housing. Each looked NM or better. We can assume this box came from the find of many years ago that disappeared quickly and are rarely made available again.
