1921 W516-2-1 Ty Cobb #5 PSA EX 5 - Pop One, One Higher. In 1921, Ty Cobb couldn't buy enough hits to win the batting crown. On 197 hits Cobb batted an incredible .389 but lost the title to Harry Heilmann who batted .394! Offered is his W516-2-1 strip card. These obscure "W" release must have paled in comparison to the National & American Caramel issues. This set is identified by the flipped images (confirmed by the backward "IFC" and copyright logos). Graded PSA EX 5. The lone card graded EX with one rated higher. Currently, only 19 total examples have been graded by PSA.
