    Description

1916 Indianapolis Brewing Co. Joe Jackson #87 PSA VG 3 - Only Two PSA Graded Examples! Despite playing for 13 years prior to his banishment, Joe Jackson is featured in very few sets. He was not yet a regular player in 1910 and was, therefore, not included in the tobacco issues of that time. Jackson was banned from baseball following the 1920 season and did not make it into the popular American Caramel and related issues of the 1920's. Offered is one of his rarest cards - a 1916 Indianapolis Brewing card which features his classic Charles Conlon batting pose. This image is the full-figure version of the cropped image used for his Cracker Jack card.

Graded PSA VG 3. This is one of only two cards graded by PSA! There is no surface toning, centering is precise, all four corners exhibit some wear. Currently, SGC has graded only one (Poor) and this is one of just two confirmed Indianapolis Brewing cards of Jackson in a PSA holder!
