    Description

1914 Cracker Jack Grover Alexander #37 PSA VG-EX 4. Collectors of Cracker Jacks, 300-Game Winners and Hall of Famers are lacking an example of what some consider the rookie card debut of this troubled legend. His alcoholism, epilepsy and post-traumatic stress from World War I horrors couldn't derail one of the most remarkable pitching careers in baseball history. He is most known for his facing the dangerous Tony Lazzeri in the bottom of the seventh and the bases full the '26 World Series. This card presents much nicer than the technical grade. Very faint staining, a gentle bluntness to corners and no creases or wrinkles. Graded PSA VG-EX 4. From a total pop of twenty-nine, this is one of four in VG-EX with eight higher.
